A Stargate meme that took over my flist in the last couple of days.

I know on one likes a long post but I still find myself saving up my news for one longish post. Thus I broke it down into this: So you can read just the bits you are interested in, if any.

( The Torchwood fandom just gets me so down.... )

I'm still super happy about seeing the new episode of Torchwood last night:D I'm trying to figure out how to get the WMP file on to my iPod so I'm going to have fun looking on Google tonight. I loved Gwen so much in the last episode:D I am so sick of the Gwen hate in the Torchwood fandom, so much so that I don't read many of the post @ torch_wood read the news and skip the comments which IMO is sad:( I'm not saying Gwen is prefect and there are times I want to hit her for but the amount of hate she gets is too much. Also I'm going to say it I don't get all the fan squeeing over Ianto in season one. I like the character but he didn't seem to jump out at me the way he did for so many others. Right now he's jumping out at me and I'm loving it (and him). I just don't feel I got to know Ianto enough in (he wasn't in it enough) to have all this hype about him. IMO sadly the same thing has happened with Tosh, she IMO is pushed to the back way to much and I want to see more of her. Next week's Torchwood looks promising and I really hope she not going to fall back into the background after the episode. I want to see her friendship with the others more.

I'm stilling in a good mood over the new photos from the new Stargate movies too:D I'm a little behind on my stargate photos. HERE and HERE Remember SPOILERS! I was watching the CBC today and just catch the end of this ad which talked about A dog's breakfast and I got all excited that they were going to be talking about David Hewletts movie but it wasn't at all:( Some stupid show about pet food.

Good news for me:D My brother was suppose to go home tomorrow (he working with my dad in B.C. on a house. There is no work for him for another week because this dye waller is screwing everyone around so my Dad said my brother might as well stay here for another week:D I'm so happy, I love having my brother around:D He drives me nuts most of the time but I do love him being around.

I just started listening to Doctor Who: The Last Dodo Audio book read by Freema Agyemen. I haven't listened to very much of it, I'm still not so sure about the story because I've heard many say it's not very good but I love Freema reading it! She pus just the right of emotion in very thing she says no one the character:D I can picture so clear in my mind the events as if I was watching the episode. I listened to Doctor Who: The Stone Rose Audio book read by David Tennant and he was brilliant too. I loved the different accents and voices he did for each character. I've also started to listen to Torchwood: Another Life read by John Barrowman, he's great too but that story is just so graphic when it comes to blood and guts. I only just started it and I had to turn it off because it was just so graphic about a man who fell from high building and whose body was then run over by a bus that could stop in time. I want detail but not that much detail! I don't need to know every bloody injury. I need to be in the right mood to give that one another chance. I wish Freema would do another audio book.


Also in Stargate SG1 news. Fox has released the final cover art Stargate: The Ark of Truth and it looked great! VIEW HERE I wasn't hoping for much because I must say the DVD cover art for the past 10 season is pretty hit and miss. Got a question, does that look like a old picture of Vala's head put onto a new body? Thanks to Gateworld for the news.

Well I'm in Saskatchewan now living on a new farm. I've finally got fast internet! The speed is 400 which is brilliant for me! No more trouble uploading or downloading pictures. Here the artwork I made while I was without internet. Now I do have internet I'll go get new pictures, like the SG1 new promos, and make some more artwork!:D I hope you like this stuff:) I love # 10 so much I'm thinking of changing my header to it. But I also love the DW headers too. It's a hard choice. Either way I'm going to change it soon.

Here some artwork, might not be any new artwork for a week or two or three since I'm moving across Canada from B.C. to Saskatchewan. Not so fun, I'm getting high speed internet when I get there (Yay!) but I'm not sure when it's going to be hocked up. Hopefully soon, since I live to much of my life on the internet to be disconnected from for so long.

TV Guide profiles final SG1 episode and gives spoilers for the movies. I won't post the spoilers for the final or the first movie since it's almost the same thing Cooper said (see my earlier post for that).

edit: I added a big verison of the photo I postd earlier today. It's a high quality verison of that picture. It's a behind the scenes photo of the last day of fliming. Don't you just want to hug Amamda, Chris looks very emotional as well. Ben has that same look on his face he did when Farscape ended:(
